Our popular TikTok Live Sales are a fun way to get a first look at our new stock, learn about the metaphysical & geological properties of our crystals, see and purchase items in real time, have questions answered, and connect with us and the Crescent Cast community on a personal level, all from the comfort of your own home.

How to Access the Live Sale:

1. Open the TikTok app on your phone or tablet during our Live Sale hours.
2. Navigate to @crescentcast_crystals.
3. Tap on our Crescent Cast Logo (profile pic) and the Live Sale will open automatically.

How to Participate:

• Items will be shown one at a time, unless otherwise specified. If you would like to purchase an item, comment with the number (price) of the item.
• Please note, TikTok will typically show your comment as first, but we choose the winner based on who is first on our screen.
• TikTok occasionally glitches. It may think you are a bot and thus hide or "block" your comment. Try actively participating in the conversation, and including emojis, full sentences, or the words "Don't Block."
• For blocked comments, try to misspell the word or use an emoji. Also, typing unblock can sometimes work

How to Pay for Your Crystals:

A) CLAIM BY PRICE

• Ordering Process:
  • Type "C" to claim the piece you see along with its price (e.g., "C35" for an item priced at $35).
  • Our host will confirm your claim.
  • Your order price of $35 will be put and then announced for you to find in the TikTok Shopping Cart.
  • Include any specific preferences in your order remarks.

B) CLAIM BY LETTER (Train Orders)

• Ordering Process:
• • Type "A3" to claim the piece tagged A3.
  • Our host will confirm your claim.
  • You can find A3 in the TikTok Shopping Cart.
  • Include any specific preferences in your order remarks.

Crescent Cast Purchase Protection

Our Purchase Protection provides the following protections:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged ITEMS purchased through CrescentCast.com will be replaced if available, while our Live Sale purchases will be offered a store credit.

Please Note:

• Shipping charges covered in the US
• Shipping charges for replacement items that were lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS or Customs negligence will not be covered.
• Shipping charges will be waived on replacement items only in the case of damage due to our own packing.
